Abstract
The uniform boundedness of the Riesz means for the sublaplacian on the Heisenberg group Hn is considered. It is proved that SRα are uniformly bounded on Lp(Hn) for 1 ≤ p ≤ 2 provided α>α(p)=(2n+1)[(1/p)-(1/2)].
