Abstract
The synthesis, pharmacology, metabolism and toxicology of the new antidepressant, Sintamil®-10-[3-(dimethylamino) propyl]-2-nitro-dibenz[b,f] [l,4] oxazepin-11 (10H) one hydrochloride are described.
