Abstract

The internal layers of the Sun are clearly shielded by the solar material beneath the visible surface. An accurate description of the Sun's interior is necessarily based on the equations governing solar structure along with the physical inputs describing a multitude of processes occurring inside it. There are now diagnostic probes available which have made viewing of the Sun's inside a realistic proposition.
