Abstract
About 18 hours of high-speed photometric data was collected during April 1989 to determine the true nature of the 1051 s period of AM CVn. Raw data reveals 0.05 mag amplitude variations. Results of the period analysis are presented. Combining published data with their own, the authors derive the rate of decrease as (3.7± 0.4)×10-12s s-1.
