Abstract
The treatment of the male FroschesRana cyanophlyctis with Methallibur (ICI compound 33, 828) during the period of four weeks showed the following effects: 1 Involution of the Leydig cells and decrease their 5-3-HSDH activity, 2nd Increase in the total content of cholesterol, and 3 Regression of the thumb calluses. Significant histological and histochemical changes in the seminiferous tubules were not observed.
