Abstract
The Alstonia alkaloid Villalstonin supplies in the isomerization with trifluoroacetic äVill amine, which is excreted in thermally Pleiocarpamin (1) and macroline. On the basis of chemical reactions, spectroscopic analyzes and comparisons were derived for macroline the structure 13. It follows the formula for Vill amine 10 and finally 2 for Villalstonin.
