Abstract
The kinetics of enzymic reactions involving enzymes with many active sites towards several ligands may be so complex that their analysis requires efficient short-cut mathematical techniques. In this paper a new chart method based on Coates-graph is proposed which is shown to be more efficient than those proposed by King & Altman, Temkin, Volkenshtein & Goldshtein and Fromm. The method is illustrated by applying it to the kinetics of a reaction involving activators.
