Abstract
It is shown that SUSY models with light gluinos, in contrast to the heavy gluino scenario, have the right amount of flavour mixing in the down-squark mass matrix to explain naturally the observed ε parameter even for low top mass (mtrm≈ 40 GeV and long bottom lifetime (ΤB≳ 1 ps). Implications for∊'∊ and B0-B-0mixing are discussed.
