Abstract
The developments in the chemistry of molecular titanosiloxanes and titanophosphonates over the last few decades have been reviewed. Special emphasis has been made to analyze the synthetic and structural diversity of these molecular siloxanes and phosphonates. The uses of titanosiloxanes as single source precursors for materials and in catalysis have also been illustrated.
