Abstract
In this article, we report the electrical conductivity of amorphous Bi2CuO4 in a wide temperature range. We observe that three mechanisms depending on temperature are operative in three temperature ranges. The variable range hopping and the small polaron hopping mechanisms are applicable at low and high temperatures, respectively, while the multi-phonon assisted hopping with weak electron-phonon coupling is consistent with the data in the intermediate temperature range.
