Abstract
Synthesis and characterization of the tetrathiafulvalenium salts, (TTF)3X, where X are the dianions of tetracyano and tetrabromotetraaza-fulvalene, are reported. These fulvalene-fulvalene salts with formal TTF0.67+ are found to be semiconductors with room-temperature powder compaction resistivities in the range of 102-103 Ω cm.
