Abstract
Magnetization and 57Fe Mössbauer studies on a new series RuSiFex (0.47≤x≤2.0) are reported. Tm is independent of x for x >~0.6. For x >~1.3, the alloys are normal ferromagnets. However, HF(Fe) anomaly, akin to RuFeSi (Thf ≪ Tm), is observed for 1.2≳x≳0.6. For x < 0.6, cluster spin glass behaviour is seen.
