Abstract

Anomalous ferromagnetism in CeRh3B2 with the highest Tc = 112 K in existing Ce compounds has been studied by 11B NMR, specific heat and ac susceptibility measurements. It is shown that a small magnetic moment (≈ 0.4μB) is considerably localized at the Ce site below Tc and moreover the spin fluctuation above Tc behaves as a localized moment system.
