Abstract
Let ƒ(t) = h(t)ebt2 be a function of critical growth. Under a suitable assumption on h, we prove that -Δu = ƒ (u) in B(R) ⊂ R2 u = 0 on ∂B(R) does not admit a radial solution which changes sign for sufficiently small R.
