Abstract
Hexaestrol has been converted into 3,4-di-(2-methyl-4-oxocyclohex-1-enyl)hexane, 3,4-di-(1-methyl-4-oxocyclohex-2-enyl)hexane, and 3,4-di-(5-oxocyclohepta-1,3,6-trienyl)hexane.
