Abstract
The unitary pole resonance form of the low energy collision matrix is presented, for the case of two overlapping resonances and an arbitrary number of channels, which contains only independent observable resonance parameters. This form is the same whether we start from R-matrix theory of Feshbach's unified theory. All the other resonance parameters, which are needed in almost all the formal reaction theories, can be expressed in terms of our independent resonance parameters. The level and channel sum rules are also given.
