Abstract

Mass Spectrometry of a natural product, yerrinquinone, isolated from fungal-infested Diospyros montana, and isomeric 1-tetralonecarboxylates has revealed fragmentation pathways characteristic of a methoxy group flanked by a carboalkoxy and a carbonyl group.
