Abstract
New results for the uncoupled Hartree-Fock estimates of the 3d contribution to the ionic antishielding factor, gammainfinity3d, are reported for Sc-Ni in the electronic configuration 3dn4s1. It is found that gammainfinity3d decreases with increasing Z from −2.5 to −1.0 per 3d electron.
