Abstract
An electron (hole) system with random competing interactions is shown to have a frustration induced gap in the energy dispersion. The resulting superconductivity and the possibility of high transition temperature (determined by the fluctuations in random interactions) with reduced isotope effect in such a fermi glass system is discussed.
