Abstract
Spectrophotometric studies on complexes of Cu++ with malic and itaconic acids at 30°C and μ=0.1 showed the formation of 2:1 and 1:1 complexes. Log KML=3.93 and log KM2L=7.71 for Cu±± malic acid system and log KML=2.96 and log KM2L=3.82 for Cu±± itaconic acid system were evaluated.
