Abstract
Viscosity measurements of polymethyl acrylate of different molecular weights have been made in the solvents, chloroform, ethyl acetate, methyl ethyl ketone and toluene at 30°C., 35°C. and 40°C. The HUGGINS' constants and K and in the familiar STAUDINGERKUHN's equation have been evaluated. Solvent powers and effects of temperature and low concentrations of polymers on intrinsic viscosity have been discussed.
