Abstract

The opening up to the Mott-Hubbard gap is described in a rotationally and translationally invariant approach similar to the alloy analogy used earlier. It is pointed out that in the strongly correlated metal, quantum fluctuation effects not considered so far could destroy long range magnetic order and lead to a non-Fermi liquid metallic state strongly coupled to a spin liquid.
