Abstract

Tetanus toxin and neurofilament antisera stained cultured neurons of rat embryo in a similar pattern. However, some neuronal processes were stained only by one of these antisera, and bright neurofilament-positive large neurons present in late cultures (after 6 days) did not, or only weakly, stained with tetanus toxin antisera.
