Abstract
The quark pair creation hypothesis with harmonic oscillator wave functions, is shown to provide a parameter free description of both ΔI = 1, 2 e.m. masses via (i) the tadpole mechnism involving an infinite sequence of AJ (J-even) exchange, plus (ii) the Born contributions. The agreement for octet masses is excellent.
