Abstract
MANI, in his catalogue of Indian Chalcidoidea (1938) recorded only six genera under the family Mymaridae. Since then very little work has been made in this country on small parasitic group. Recently, Subba Rao and Kaur (1959) published the description of several new species under the genus Lymaenon and a species of Neurotes. The present paper deals with 3 new species belonging to the genera Polynema halida and Maidliella soyka. This is the first record of these genera from India. The type have been deposited in the "National Pusa Collection", Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi.
