Abstract
Transverse magnetoresistivity data taken for pure nickel and its alloys containing 9.38, 18.77 and 28.32 at.% copper are seen to be governed by Kohler's rule in restricted temperature ranges. The resistivity at zero magnetic induction as a function of temperature, ρ (B=0, T) has been computed for all the samples from their Kohler plots. It is seen that the spin-disorder scattering constitutes a major part of ρ (B=0, T) in the temperature range of present investigation.
