Abstract
Experiments are reported which indicate that simultaneous oscillations at two frequencies may be generated in a Gunn diode oscillator. The lower frequency is within the range 1.8-0.44GHZ, while the higher frequency lies between 1.8 and 3.75 GHz, the transit-time frequency being l.8GHz. The two frequencies may be individually changed without affecting each other.
