Abstract

An explicit expression is obtained for the expansion, to arbitrary orders in quantum fields, of the action for a non-linear σ-model with a parallelizing Wess-Zumino term. Using power counting and reparametrization invariance of the action, it is shown that these models are on-shell ultraviolet finite to all orders in perturbation theory.
