Abstract
A topological field theory is constructed by twisting the N = 3 superconformal field theory. The algebraic structure of the theory can be identified as that of an N = 3 topological superconformal theory. The BRST and supersymmetry structure is explicitly demonstrated in the structure of the algebra of the generators as well as in the transformation properties of the primary fields.
