Abstract
Incoherent π+-neon interactions at 3.5 GeV/c have been studied to deduce ρ0-nucleon and f-nucleon total cross sections at 3.5 GeV/c. The results obtained are σtot(ρ0N)=20.3-5.4+6.7 mb and σtot(fN) = 43.9-14+22 mb. The ratio σtot(fN)/gstot(ρ0N) = 2.2±1.1.
