Abstract
An important metric for any port to observe is its Turn Around Time, which dictates not only its present performance but gives insight into all other operations and future performance of the port. Having an accurate prediction gives the port to the ability to schedule better and realize the difference in time taken to finish a workload in theory and reality for better accountability.
