Abstract

Abstract Lipomedulloblastoma is regarded as a distinct entity that occurs exclusively in adults and has a low proliferative potential and a favorable outcome. We describe a rare case of lipomedulloblastoma in a 6-year-old female child showing a high labeling index that needs documentation. The various hypotheses of adiposal change are discussed.
