Abstract
Thank you Minh Hoang Trinh et al. for pointing out an error in the estimation of the Lyapunov function for the systems of order more than one as given in Eq.(3) of Trinh, Nguyen, and Nguyen (2020) or in the third equation below Eq.(24) of Pal, Kamal, Nagar, Bandyopadhyay, and Fridman (2020). Here we present a slightly different approach which justifies that our final results on free-will arbitrary time stability are still valid for systems of order more than one.
