Abstract
Some di- and triorganotin(IV) complexes of α-benzoin oxime of the general formulae R3SnL, R2SnCl2−n L n , and R2SnL have been synthesized by the reactions of the corresponding di- and triorganotin(IV) chlorides with the sodium salt of α-benzoin oxime in the desired molar ratios. All of the compounds have been characterized by elemental analyses and spectral (IR,1H, 13C, and 119Sn NMR) studies.
