Abstract
The analytical solution for vorticity, tangential velocity, circulation and pressure inside vortex cores in turbulent flows is presented in this paper. The analysis suggests a linear decrease in vorticity and polynomial variation for other quantities with distance from the vortex centre. The obtained solution is verified against experimental data in the literature.
