Abstract
A chemosensor 3 based on the N,N-dimethylaminocinnamaldehyde has been synthesized which shows fluorescence turn-on response with Hg2+ ions, and the in situ prepared 3– Hg2+ complex has been used for detection of picric acid via electrostatic interaction and construction of a combinatorial logic circuit with NOR and INHIBIT logic functions.
