Abstract

Reactions of nitrosothiourea with different metal ions in the presence of pyridine, 2,2′-bipyridyl, 1,10 phenanthroline and a few complexes of ruthenium, rhodium, iridium, palladium and platinum have been carried out under varying reaction conditions. Physical methods such as IR, magnetic measurements, melting points, mixed melting points and elemental analyses have been used for the identification of reaction products.
