Abstract

The present paper describes the produce adopted for computations of temperature translents in an End-shield of Pressurised heavy Water Reactor 9PHWR) under station blackout condition. The finite element modelling and heat loads with associated boundary conditions are shown. The emperature translents at different cross-section of End-shield presented in graphical form blackout persists for an hour.
