Abstract

The 90° domain wall is described in terms of dislocations as a low-angle tilt boundary formed after a 90° symmetry rotation. Using an effective modulus from experimentally observed stress-strain curves, estimates of the boundary energy and yield stress for domain-wall relaxation are found to be in good agreement with those reported in previous literature.
