Abstract
The tripeptide derivative 1(Boc-Val-Val-Ile-OMe) forms micelles in chloroform as confirmed by UV–VIS, fluorescence and NMR spectroscopic techniques; the conformational analysis of the tripeptide 1 was determined by 1H NMR spectroscopy.
