Abstract

A number of 4-N-lottxoili 1ted amino- and carbamoy1-2.3-polymethylettequinolittes have hem bytithe, ired and have been found to exhibit a wide spectrum of pharmacologital properties, which include analgetie, local anesthetic, analept iv, and reviratory stimulant activities. In particular 44 4-morpholitly 11-2,3-pelitamethylenequinolitte Ints shown significant and pmmising at talcpt ic and respiratory stinutlant activity.
