Abstract
On rapporte un cas d'abcès amibien du lobe droit du foie avec splénomégalie massive concomitante. Les examens spéciaux, dont l'angiographie du tronc cœliaque montraient l'avascularité relative de la rate et du foie probablement due à l'abcès amibien. Le traitement classique a entraîné la régression de l'abcès du foie et de la rate.
