Abstract
A humerous of Scops Owl (Strigidae) has been recovered from a mircrovertebrate-bearing conglomeratic layer exposed near the village Devakachar (Dist. Narsinghpur, M.P.) This find supports the earlier view of scatalogical origin for the miaromammal accumulation.
