Abstract

We present results of DC magnetization measurements in a number of samples (both polycrystalline and single crystal) of C15-Laves compound CeRu2 and 5% Nd-doped CeRu2. In some of the samples there are evidences of spin-glass like behaviour in the normal state magnetic properties. However, such a behaviour clearly appears to be sample dependent and not correlated with the anomalous superconducting response of CeRu2.
