Abstract
I prove that for a concave potential |R'1p(0)|2)≧2/9(1690)⅓ <1/r3>5/31p and as aconsequence Γ(3Pcc̅0.2→hadrons)≧(2.15,0.49) MeV in case the confining potential generates spin forces by a scalar gluon exchange. It is further shown that Γ(ηc→hadrons)≦50.5MeV.
