Abstract

An Apparently anomalous, weak, long-range acceleration of the Pioneer 10/11, Galilieo and Uiysses spacecraft has been reported recently. In this paper we show that this observation points to the existane of a velocity dependent inertial interaction which should be included in the theory of gravitation.
