Abstract

Antipodes of the mono- and disubstituted polyhalo norbornyl derivatives were prepared in excellent yields. The monosubstituted derivatives 7 were obtained with good enantiopurities. A kaleidoscopic change in the product formation and distribution was observed by changing the chronology of reactions.
