Abstract
An instrument is described which measures the capacitance-voltage (C-V) and conductance-voltage (G-V) characteristics of solar cells in the dark and under illumination and other semiconductor junction devices in the capacitance range of 2-200000 pF. The instrument is also provided with the facility for DLTS measurements.
