Abstract

Thin films of CdS and ZnxCd1-xS have been prepared by solution spray technique. The structural, optical and electrical properties of these films have been studied. Heterojunction solar cells of 4% efficiency have been fabricated using these films by the conventional chemiplating technique. The effect of ZnS addition to CdS on the cell characteristics have been investigated.
