Abstract

We illustrate the application of the theory of random walk to spin glasses. We define an N cluster as a set of N spins, where the spins are "frozen" in random directions. We then calculate the probability P(M,N) that an N cluster will have net megnetization M. The method also encompasses quantum spins, a generalization not attempted before. We indicate the possibility of applying the theory of random walk on a random walk to spin glasses.
